Refund policy

For pieces purchased directly from the website:

Exchange window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refund window: 7 days from the date of delivery, for store credit / original payment method — specify which.
The customer must provide a video of unpacking the order and email us at our company's official email address to be eligible for refund.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

If you receive a garment that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@maisontuli.com , with clear photos/video of the issue and your order number.

We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, at our discretion, once the issue is verified.
Please do not wear or wash the garment before reporting a defect, as this may affect eligibility.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Email contact@maisontuli.com with your order number and reason for return within the applicable window.
Once approved, we'll share pickup/drop-off instructions.
Items are inspected on receipt; approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method, or as store credit, as applicable.

International / Export Orders

All export orders are treated as final sale due to customs, duties, and cross-border return logistics, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping costs on international orders, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds for verified defects on export orders will be processed in the original invoicing currency.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Return shipping costs for approved non-defect returns (ready-to-wear only) are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
